I’ll be at the Newcastle Writers Festival from Friday the 5th through to Sunday the 7th of April.
My Sat the 6th starts with Deborah Conway on her new book Book of Life at 10am (expect some music), at 130pm, Writing Country and Connection with Susie Anderson, Sara M Saleh and Rob Waters. Then a 4 book launch of new Flying Island Books including Tide by Ivy Ireland, Tarp Green Light by Carl Walsh, Beautiful Flames by Mark Mahemoff and Nibs & Nubs by Josh Stenberg. On the Sunday I’ll be talking trauma and verse with Ali Whitelock and Jenny Blackford. It’s my favourite weekend of the year and I can’t wait. If you’re there, please do come and say hello!
